⍟ Midtown 2 bedroom Apartment ⍟

The property is in a good location to walk a few blocks and hop on the KC streetcar. Really great for getting around easily downtown and not have to worry about parking. Several good places to eat within walking distance. The property was decently clean only complaints were the floors turned our socks brown after walking on them for a short time and a few maintenance issues. The owner was great to communicate with and was going to notify the cleaning staff to make sure the floors got cleaned, after our stay. The property says two bedrooms, and it is but the second bedroom doesn’t have any windows. I didn’t like that for obvious fire/safety reasons. There were smoke detectors but one was unhooked and not working. That happened to be in the room with no windows.

Easy, clean, and so spacious for my family of four!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment during our long weekend in Kansas City. The space itself was spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to settle in and feel comfortable right away.The location was another highlight—just a quick five-minute drive to downtown, which made getting around and exploring the city both convenient and stress-free. We also opted for the enclosed garage parking, and it was absolutely worth the additional 10 per day for the added security and ease.The communication with the host was outstanding. From the moment we booked through checkout, they were responsive, helpful, and proactive in making sure everything went smoothly.Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would gladly return the next time we’re in Kansas City.

The condo was clean and the communication from the host was excellent

Very clean, and quiet. The pictures don't do it justice. Great location, close to entertainment and restaurants. The host was quick to respond and accommodating. I would recommended this place and stay here again.
